Seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence, and support to every shift at Costa Coffee. The role involves crafting great coffee and creating memorable customer moments while maintaining coffee excellence. Flexible shifts are available to suit both the team member and the store.

Duties:

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts
• Train and support new Baristas
• Energise and motivate the team
• Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Requirements:

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
