Retail Supervisor

Location: 40/41 George Street, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3YB, UK

Seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, and delivering customer service. The role involves helping team members hit targets, maintaining store presentation, and minimizing shrinkage. Working schedule requires 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and the opportunity for extra hours.

Duties:

• Supporting the management team with the daily operation of the store
• Driving sales and engaging customers with store promotions and Star Buys
• Delivering customer service to encourage repeat visits
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and maintaining visual standards across the store
• Helping to reduce store shrinkage and till errors

Requirements:

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit, and service
• Ability to assist others in developing and improving their skills
• Willingness to perform customer piercing services (training provided)
