Stylist

Location: 62-63 East St, Brighton, BN1 1HQ

Seeking a Stylist to serve as the key link between products and customers at the Brighton store. The role involves spending time on the shop floor styling customers, assisting with visual merchandising, and supporting store operations. Store trading hours are typically from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Duties:

• Style customers in latest collections and provide detailed product knowledge
• Actively maintain store aesthetics, product availability, and floor set standards
• Process stock replenishment, store deliveries, digital orders, and transactions using digital tools
• Make customer service decisions to resolve issues and retain brand loyalty
• Maintain staff areas and store housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Friendly, attentive, and confident communicator
• Strong passion for fashion and awareness of brand values
• Good problem-solving skills under pressure with a can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy for processing transactions and digital orders
