Events Coordinator

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, Village Way, Brighton BN1 9BL

Seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract based at the American Express Community Stadium. The role involves coordinating a variety of events from corporate conferences to private celebrations, serving as the point of contact for clients throughout the planning process. Offers a 24-hour per week schedule with flexible working patterns available.

Duties:

• Coordinating a variety of conferences, meetings and events from booking confirmation through to operational handover
• Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through every stage of the planning process
• Organising event details including room layouts, catering, dietary requirements, timings, AV requirements and guest numbers
• Producing accurate event documentation and communicating requirements to operational teams
• Working closely with hospitality, culinary, operations and venue teams to ensure successful event delivery
• Suggesting enhancements and upgrades that improve the guest experience
• Maintaining accurate records and event information using company systems
• Supporting continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance future events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event coordination, conference and events, hospitality administration or a customer-focused planning role
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach with clients
• Confidence working with a range of internal teams and stakeholders
• Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
