Supervisor

Location: Unit 63 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TB, UK

Seeking a Supervisor to lead retail operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This permanent position requires working across Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for 32 hours per week. The role involves driving store performance, achieving personal targets, and upholding brand values in a fast-paced retail setting.

Duties:

• Hold daily team briefs to share store KPIs and motivate staff
• Drive service standards on the sales floor and execute commercial visual merchandising
• Deliver personal sales targets through product knowledge, storytelling, and up-selling
• Act as store key holder, complete opening/closing procedures, and reconcile till systems
• Handle escalated customer complaints, process transactions, and assist with stock deliveries
• Support store management with administrative tasks including recruitment and store investigations

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience with a leading consumer product brand preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and customer service standards
• Strong communication skills to coach and motivate a sales team
• Highly adaptable with a positive attitude and a target-driven mindset
