Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
  • Experience working within fast-paced hospitality, catering, or event environments
  • Passion for food quality and presentation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy services
  • Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days
