Collections Driver

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Collections Driver for Royal Mail Group in Brighton. The role involves 20 hrs/week across five days, with shifts between 15:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Deliver collections and network items to customers.
• Check post-boxes and pop into post offices.
• Visit business customers at prearranged times to collect mail.
• Drop off collected mail at processing centres.
• Sort mailbags and ensure each piece is delivered to the correct location.
• Deliver election materials and certain items such as food products or alcohol in line with standards.

Requirements:

• Upbeat, independent and self-motivated.
• Think of yourself as a people-person.
• Happy walking for long periods and going outside in any weather.
• Strong sense of community and take pride in what you do.
• Looking for a role with flexible shift patterns.
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
