Festive Colleague

Location: Shoreham, UK

Seeking a Festive Colleague for night shifts at the Shoreham Extra store. The role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, potentially as low as 7.5 hours, and includes night premium for work between midnight and 6am. No prior experience required.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring a great shopping trip.
• Initiative to make decisions that are right for customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
• Be on time, well presented, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
