Supervisor

Location: 5-8 London Road, Brighton, BN1 4JA, UK

Seeking a part‑time Supervisor for Savers in Brighton, working 24 hrs/week with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The role involves managing and coaching store staff alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver exemplary retail results. Candidates will join a supportive team that values community engagement and career progression.

Duties:

• Ensure store readiness and maximise opportunities.
• Manage and coach the team to deliver exemplary results.
• Connect with the local community and act as an inspirational leader.
• Uphold Savers standards while supporting the Store and Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Ability to develop personal skills and enhance others.
• Passion for the products sold.
