Conference & Banqueting Bartender

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Conference & Banqueting Bartender on a zero‑hour contract with flexible working arrangements. The role involves delivering exceptional guest care within the conference and banqueting bar, adhering to SOPs and health and safety standards. Working hours are variable and determined by the hotel's needs.

Duties:

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience consistently
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and strict adherence to the hotel's SOPs within the bar, along with a general knowledge of all standards across the establishment
• Operate the bar in a safe and organized manner, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
