Retail Customer Service

Location: Brighton & Hove, UK

Seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service role delivering top customer service in Entain's Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. The position involves a typical weekly rota of 10 hours, with a mix of long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. Shops operate Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Always urge safer gambling.
• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets.
• Maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
• Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
