Sales Manager

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Manager for Bath & Body Works in Brighton. The role involves leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Working 23.25 hrs per week on Tuesday 08:45‑17:15, Wednesday 11:45‑20:15, and Saturday 11:45‑20:15. Flexible working options are available.

Duties:

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
• Build and manage a successful team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
• Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, which will include the team passionately advising and selling products whilst being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the Bath & Body Works space
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
• Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs

Requirements:

• Passion for customers, people and fragrance and skincare products
• Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience
• Team player who works best in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment and can adapt to change quickly
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and approachable under pressure
• Ability to problem solve, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes and generate innovative ideas
• Confidence when dealing with people issues
• Effective multi‑tasking, planning, organising and prioritising workload
• Ability to evidence right to work in the UK before commencement
