Driver

Location: Brighton Carden Avenue Argos, Brighton, BN1 8LW

Seeking a part‑time Driver for Argos in Brighton, working 20 hrs per week across early (05:00‑13:00) and late (13:00‑21:00) shifts. The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts on weekdays and weekends, varying week to week to match availability. The position involves delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor and at the collection counter.

Duties:

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build great knowledge about products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Friendly and welcoming with genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers.
• Comfortable talking to customers about financial services when buying certain products.
• Able to work at pace in a physical, high‑energy environment and support the team.
• Prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store, taking ownership.
• Embraces new digital tools and technology confidently.
• Has great attention to detail and keeps the store clean, safe and clutter‑free.
