Seeking a seasonal Christmas Sales Advisor for a 16‑hour per week role at Rituals in Brighton. The position involves working during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends. It offers a festive retail environment focused on delivering the brand experience and meeting sales targets.

Duties:

• Deliver the Feel‑Good Experience by welcoming customers, showcasing products and offering personalized recommendations.
• Hit sales targets by staying sharp on numbers and promoting product stories.
• Handle all retail essentials, including operating the register, receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels.
• Act as a brand ambassador by creating attractive displays and representing the Rituals brand standards.

Requirements:

• Passion for connecting with customers and a caring, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• No prior retail experience required, though experience is welcomed.
