Christmas Sales Advisor

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a seasonal Christmas Sales Advisor for Rituals in Brighton. The role involves delivering the Feel‑Good Experience to customers, meeting sales targets and handling retail duties. Availability is required for opening hours, including evenings and weekends, with an 8‑hour weekly schedule.

Duties:

• Deliver the Feel‑Good Experience by welcoming customers, offering signature tea and assisting them to find products.
• Hit sales targets by staying sharp on numbers and encouraging customers to become members.
• Handle retail essentials such as operating the register, receiving deliveries and maintaining store presentation.
• Act as a brand ambassador by creating displays and representing the Rituals brand.

Requirements:

• Caring with a great eye for detail.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Either new to retail or have prior retail experience.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
