Maintenance Supervisor

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton, Uk

Seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor working 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The role involves supervising on‑site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices across the American Express Stadium and the Elite Football Performance Centre. The position offers the opportunity to lead a high‑performing facilities team within a professional football club environment.

Duties:

• Supervise and mentor on‑site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices.
• Utilise the 24/7 CMMS to log, assign, track and close work orders, assets, inspections and defect reports.
• Ensure venue environments remain world‑class through proactive maintenance.
• Oversee building fabric, MEP services, HVAC and BMS systems.

Requirements:

• Motivated hands‑on supervisory professional.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Comprehensive building maintenance knowledge (fabric, MEP, HVAC, BMS).
• Experience in large, multi‑functional, high‑occupancy venues or sports facilities.
