Hotel Kitchen - Team Member

Location: 144 North Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1RE, Brighton City Centre Premier Inn

Seeking a Kitchen Team Member for the Brighton City Centre Premier Inn, working 12 contracted hours per week. The role includes evening and weekend shifts, covering breakfast and dinner service periods. The position offers a fixed‑term contract until 28/01/2027 with guaranteed hours.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

Requirements:

• Reliability and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and roll up sleeves during busy periods
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• No prior hotel experience required; experience in catering, barista, kitchen porter, retail or warehouse is beneficial
