HOSPITALITY WEEKEND FLEXIBLE

Location: Unit 3 Chapel Road, Brighton and Hove, BN41 1PF, UNITED KINGDOM

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment to produce high-quality breads, rolls, and other baked goods. You will be required to work 20–45 hours per week, and availability from Thursday to Saturday is essential. Shifts operate on a rotating basis, with start times between 8am and 10am and end times between 5pm and 7pm.

Duties:

  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately following recipes.
  • Shape and mould various bakery products to company standards.
  • Apply glazes, toppings, fillings, and decorative finishes.
  • Work alongside bakers to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment following food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures accurately.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing manual handling tasks.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Previous food production or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
