Seeking Hospitality Staff to join the team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. The role includes working matchdays and non-matchdays with a schedule covering evening and weekend shifts. Suitable for customer-focused individuals looking to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced catering environment.

Duties:

• Presenting award-winning food to guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Helping answer questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and ability to take constructive feedback
• Good attention to detail, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• Experience within the hospitality sector
