Hospitality Team Leader

Location: BN1 9BL, Brighton and Hove, UK

Seeking an experienced Team Leader to join premium hospitality suites within a leading football stadium for the 2026/27 season starting in September 2026. The role involves leading a small team to deliver guest-focused service, seamless presentation, and memorable matchday experiences. Working patterns include match days and non-match days with required evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Presenting award-winning food to guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Caring about customer satisfaction and delivering an optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Helping answer questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, ideally within premium or food-led environments
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
• Confident leading and motivating a small team in a fast-paced setting
• Passionate about delivering outstanding, personalised customer service
• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season starting in September 2026
