Shift Manager

Location: 78 Boundary Road, Portslade, UK

Seeking a Shift Manager to join the team, taking responsibility for looking after the shop when the Manager is not around. The role involves leading the team to ensure high-quality service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru channels. Shifts are scheduled between 5:30 am and 7:30 pm.

Duties:

• Inspire the team to deliver results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked and ensure the shop remains clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Support for an inclusive culture in the workplace.
