Prezzo Italian is seeking a Line Chef to join the team in a fast-paced dining environment. The role involves preparing and delivering quality Italian dishes while utilizing structured training to advance across kitchen sections. Shifts require flexibility, including working weekends and bank holidays.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional dishes that meet high standards of excellence and presentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen in compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
• Assist with stock control, portion management, and waste reduction.
• Complete accurate kitchen paperwork including temperature checks and cleaning logs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
