Night Kitchen Cleaner

Location: 106 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 2FU, UK

Seeking a Night Cleaner to join the team at The Salt Room, boasting uninterrupted views of the Brighton seafront. The role involves working evenings, from 10pm to 5am or 6am, carrying out thorough deep cleaning of all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Duties:

• Carry out a thorough deep clean of all kitchen and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, walls, extraction systems, and storage areas are cleaned and maintained in line with company standards
• Ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for the following day's operations

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Night Cleaner, and understands Deep Cleaning
• Self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure
• Keen to thrive in the busy kitchen environment
• Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
• Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK
