Supervisor

Location: 28 North Rd, Brighton BN1 1YB, UK

Seeking managers passionate about hospitality to support the management team in running the venue, delivering high-quality guest experiences, and exceeding targets. Supervisors lead the front-of-house team with passion and energy while driving hospitality and sales in a busy bar and restaurant environment.

Duties:

• Support the management team in the running of a high-volume and fast-paced bar and restaurant
• Embody and possess a full understanding of hospitality standards and key points of service
• Consistently deliver great hospitality within the hospitality standards framework
• Actively support a busy front-of-house team and communicate effectively with the back-of-house team
• Support in the development, training, recruitment, and onboarding of front-of-house team members
• Motivate all team members to deliver their best selves at all times
• Participate in regular team and management meetings and abide by house rules and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in a busy environment is beneficial
• Strong leadership skills and drive for continuous development
• Excellent communication, time-management, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
• Fast-paced experience and fluency in English
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
