Seeking a Barista to join the team at Knoops on a fixed-term summer contract. The role involves crafting expertly prepared drinking chocolates, guiding customers through the Knoopology experience, and delivering exceptional customer service in a warm, welcoming environment.

Duties:

• Crafting exceptional drinks and delivering memorable experiences for customers.
• Turning everyday moments into special rituals through quality service.
• Encouraging customer exploration and helping guests discover their ideal drink.
• Maintaining a calm, organized, and positive presence during peak busy times.
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

• Naturally curious, warm, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong interest in quality drinks, flavour, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and positive during busy periods.
• Strong team-working skills and an inclusive mindset.
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential.
