Retail Customer Service Manager

Location: Brighton & Hove, UK

Seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join the team at Entain, delivering customer service and driving standards daily in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. The role involves serving customers, building relationships, promoting safer gambling, and maintaining shop standards. Operating hours span Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 20 hours consisting of a blend of long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts.

Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Always urge safer gambling.
• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets and maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
