Brunch Chef

Seeking a Senior Brunch Chef to join the kitchen team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The role involves ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining top food safety levels. Shifts consist of daytime hours with no late evening work required.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Lead the team to follow company specifications for all food
• Motivate all team members and maintain smooth daily kitchen operations
• Work to ensure all venue areas adhere to the highest food safety levels at all times

Requirements:

• 2 years of kitchen experience in food preparation and safety
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks under pressure
• Effective communication skills and an enthusiastic team-player attitude
• Valid UK work permit or eligibility to work in the UK
