Kitchen Porter

Seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Franco Manca, serving as the backbone of the kitchen to keep operations clean, organized, and running smoothly. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards, supporting chefs with prep, and keeping supplies organized during service. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to candidates willing to learn.

Duties:

• Washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Supporting chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Restocking and organizing kitchen supplies for service
• Helping maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen
