Crew Member

Seeking a Crew Member to join the restaurant team in Brighton, offering flexible working patterns with no zero-hour contracts. The role involves delivering fast and friendly service, maintaining high food standards, and working across various areas of the restaurant. Scheduling options cater to different availabilities, including full schedule flexibility, weekend work, early morning, or late-night shifts.

Duties:

• Pitch in and assist both team members and guests
• Monitor and restock items such as ketchup, cups, and straws when low
• Take and receive direction effectively from supervisors
• Wear a headset and operate restaurant machinery including grills and order-taking systems
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting between 5kg and 25kg
• Handle weather-exposed duties including drive-thru tasks, litter picking, and taking out rubbish

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work at a fast pace across all areas of the restaurant
• Willingness to learn and strictly follow brand standards and guidelines
• Capability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for shift durations
