Sales Assistant

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Assistant to create a next-level shopping experience and serve as a brand ambassador for streetwear and sportswear. Working Monday through Sunday with rotating shifts, duties involve styling complete outfits and hosting in-store hype events.

Duties:

• Style the full fit by building complete looks with kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits
• Know the product and culture by learning silhouettes, tech, fabrics, and care
• Host the hype by owning launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations
• Chase the win by driving sales, hitting KPIs, building baskets, and celebrating team wins
• Keep the store visual, clean, and ready for the next fit check

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable with a love for starting conversations and building connections
• Obsessed with trainers and streetwear fashion and curious to learn more
• Flexible for evenings and weekends and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback, and eager to develop
