Seeking a Customer Assistant in Fashion, Home & Beauty to deliver style advice and five-star service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role operates on a two-week rota, with Week 1 requiring Monday (13:30-20:30), Wednesday (16:30-20:30), Friday (12:00-17:00), and Saturday (12:00-17:00), and Week 2 requiring Sunday (12:00-16:00), Monday (16:30-20:30), Tuesday (16:30-20:30), Friday (16:30-20:30), and Saturday (10:00-14:00). Offers an opportunity to drive sales, assist customers with on-trend products, and utilize digital tools to transform the store experience.

Duties:

• Serve customers, offer style guidance, and sell fashionable products.
• Operate in a high-demand environment, maintaining store standards with speed and accuracy.
• Utilize digital tools including the Sparks App and in-store devices to elevate the customer experience.
• Support team members to maintain a energetic and positive store environment.
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities across the store.
