Supervisor

Location: Unit 63 Churchill Square, Brighton, England BN1 2TB, United Kingdom

Seeking a permanent Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, coach and inspire a team of sales assistants, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role covers 32 hours per week with shifts required across Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The position involves leading by example on the sales floor, driving store KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Holding daily team briefs, sharing store KPIs, and motivating the team

• Role-modelling selling standards, performing store walks, and monitoring sales performance
• Handling escalated customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Answering customer queries, providing personalized service, and sharing product knowledge
• Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
• Acting as a key holder for store opening and closure procedures, cashing up, and reconciling tills

• Assisting store management with administrative duties, stock deliveries, and shop floor security

• Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing preferred

• Proven experience in driving sales, profitability, and customer service excellence
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach a high-performing team
• Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressured retail environment
• Target-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for retail
