Seeking a Crew Member to join the team at McDonald's, consistently delivering high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shifts cover weekdays and weekends across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The role involves preparing food, serving on the till, and maintaining dining areas in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

Duties:

• Prepare food, serve on the till, and look after customer needs in the dining area
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction
• Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekdays and weekends across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful naturally
• Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, verbal communication, and eye contact
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively
