Kitchen Porter

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, UK

Seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team on a flexible casual contract, supporting the Night Kitchen team with overnight operations. The role offers flexible shift selection to suit individual availability while maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety. Works collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

Duties:

• Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment for smooth overnight operations
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly
• Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly
• Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure items are readily available for the kitchen team
• Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
