Joining the team at Tesco as a Colleague involves serving shoppers, helping across store departments, and delivering great customer service. The role features flexible shift patterns scheduled within an availability window covering Sunday (12:00 - 16:00), Monday (12:00 - 20:00), Friday (12:00 - 20:00), and Saturday (12:00 - 16:00).

Duties:

• Serving customers with passion and pride while delivering great service.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively.
• Delivering routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and communicate openly.
• Ability to work well within a team and take initiative.
• Punctual, well-presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
