Customer Team Member

Location: 3-9 Warren Way Wooding Dean, Brighton, BN2 6PH

Seeking Customer Team Members to join the team at Co-op to deliver friendly and helpful service in the local store. Working 12 hours per week on a permanent contract, the role involves supporting daily store operations and delivering essential services to the local community. The working pattern includes varied shifts such as early mornings for store opening, afternoons, late evenings for store closing, and at least one weekend shift.

Duties:

• Support day-to-day store operations by delivering friendly and thoughtful service
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to create a great customer experience
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, product dates, and stock accuracy
• Ensure store safety and legality by monitoring dates and shelf temperatures
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with local community initiatives

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
