Hospitality Staff

Location: Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, BN1 9BL, Brighton and Hove, UK

Seeking Hospitality Staff to join the team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. The role includes working as Bar Staff, Food Runners, and Plate Waiters in stadium hospitality areas during matchdays and non-matchday events. Work schedules include flexible evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Presenting award-winning food to guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Delivering client service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Friendly yet professional attitude
• Strong team player capable of resolving conflict and receiving feedback
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Proactive approach with a flexible "can do" attitude
• Previous experience within hospitality
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
