Tesco Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Colleague to join the team at the Hove Superstore on a temporary basis. The role involves serving shoppers, picking, and working across store replenishment areas. Shifts will be scheduled within an availability window covering Sun 08:00 - 14:00, Tue 10:00 - 19:00, and Sat 06:00 - 15:00.

Duties:

• Knowing customers and serving them with passion, pride, and natural service.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting training into practice to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Delivering in-store routines and making decisions that are right for customers.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old to apply.
• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work well within a team.
• Strong communication skills and initiative to make decisions.
• Being at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
