Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Tesco Colleague to serve shoppers and support day-to-day store operations in Hove. Contracted shifts are scheduled within availability windows on Sundays (10:00 - 16:00), Tuesdays (12:30 - 19:00), Thursdays (08:00 - 14:30), and Fridays (13:00 - 21:00). Offers flexible working options, colleague discounts, and a supportive team environment.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and pride while delivering excellent service.
• Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Put safety and store routines into practice to serve customers efficiently.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reduce waste.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Passion for delivering great customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and open communication.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions that put customers first.
• Punctual, well-presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
