Tesco Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Colleague to join the store team in serving shoppers and supporting day-to-day operations. Shift availability windows include Sunday from 09:15 to 16:00, and Monday through Wednesday from 18:00 to 24:00. The role offers flexible options and opportunities to work across service, picking, and replenishment departments.

Duties:

• Knowing customers and serving them with passion and pride.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Delivering routines in store that meet customer needs at the right time.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and building rapport.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions for customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
• Punctual, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
