Floor Manager

Location: 62-63 East St, Brighton, BN1 1HQ, UK

Seeking a Floor Manager to support the brand leader and store manager in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. The role involves spending the majority of the day on the shop floor driving sales, coaching stylists, and managing both in-store operations and online customer support. Store trading hours typically run from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Duties:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the stylist team to achieve sales targets and delivery standards
• Oversee shop floor trading, daily team deployment, and operational processes
• Provide leadership and support for first-line customer service queries, emails, chats, and calls
• Partner with customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs
• Ensure product visual merchandising guidelines are met and best-sellers are highlighted
• Create and implement daily floor plans and rotas, as well as handle return to work interviews and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and acting as an ambassador for the AllSaints brand
• Proven leadership ability to set challenging targets and drive team success
• Strong understanding of retail reporting technologies, customer expectations, and store metrics
• Natural affinity for learning new digital systems and operational processes
• High level of dependability, integrity, and focus on health and safety compliance
