Seeking a Colleague to join the team, helping serve shoppers better every day across service, picking, and replenishment areas. The availability window for this role is Wednesday to Saturday from 22:00 to 07:00. The position involves working within a specialist team to deliver store routines effectively and ensure products are handled with care.

Duties:

• Serve customers with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Put training into practice to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work well within a team.
• Communicate openly with others and take initiative when making decisions.
