Tesco Colleague

Location: 194 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2BA

Seeking a store colleague to deliver friendly service and support store operations in Brighton. The role involves working as part of an inclusive team with guaranteed weekly hours and flexible shift arrangements. Required availability includes Tuesday shifts from 18:00 to 23:00, as well as Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 15:00 to 23:00.

Duties:

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general routines.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how the role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and store performance.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport to ensure customers have a great experience.
• Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly.
