Duties:

• Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Action any tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
• Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing a positive attitude at all times
• Undertake regular training and strive for self-improvement
• Display a smart and professional appearance

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure

• Effective communicator and listener to instructions
