Conference & Events Bartender

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, UK

Seeking a Conference & Events Bartender to join the team on a flexible casual contract. Candidates must be available to work late-night shifts with finish times of up to 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM depending on business needs. The role involves preparing standard beverages, maintaining bar stock, and delivering high-quality guest service in an event setting.

Duties:

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude during all interactions
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards
• Stock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and perishables
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Monitor inventory freshness and product quality
• Address guest concerns and manage situations involving intoxicated guests professionally
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work late-night shifts finishing up to 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM
