Matchday Stadium Assistant

Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton, BN1 9BL, UK

Plays a key part in creating a safe and world-class environment for thousands of supporters on matchdays at the American Express Stadium. Working home games for the 26/27 season, the role involves maintaining elite Premier League standards across all facilities.

Duties:

• Setting up and preparing stadium equipment, facilities, and public areas to elite Premier League standards.
• Carrying out essential cleaning, deep-cleaning, and event preparation across public and staff spaces.
• Executing weather-related safety measures to ensure all stadium areas remain secure and safe for supporters.
• Identifying facility defects, reporting stock shortages, and collaborating across departments to deliver an exceptional matchday experience.

Requirements:

• Experience of working as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high standards of work within a specific deadline.
• Ideally an understanding of COSHH.
• Experience of working in a large facility or carrying out cleaning tasks is desirable but not essential.
• Proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
