Colleague

Location: 194 Western Road, BN1 2BA

Seeking a Colleague to join the team in store to assist customers and support daily routines. Contracted for 16 hours per week, the required working pattern includes shifts on Tuesday (19:00 - 23:00), Wednesday (15:00 - 23:00), Thursday (15:00 - 23:00), and Saturday (08:00 - 12:00). Duties:

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how the role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly.
