Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to join the team at Victoria's Secret in an engaging and fast-paced retail environment. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, offering expert bra fitting advice, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Working schedule includes 11.25 hours per week with shifts on Thursday from 12:45 to 19:00 and Saturday from 14:45 to 20:45.

Duties:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from helping find products to completing purchases at the till
• Providing brand bra fitting experiences and giving expert advice on size and styles
• Owning the visual merchandising and presentation of products
• Maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Passion for retail both front and back of house
• Keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
• Ability to develop valued relationships with the team and customers
• Flexible, supportive team player who contributes to a positive working environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
