Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to work in an engaging, fast-paced retail environment at Victoria’s Secret. The role involves delivering customer service, assisting with bra fittings, managing visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Shift schedule includes working Sunday from 10:30 to 17:45 and Saturday from 14:45 to 20:45 (12.25 hrs/week).

Duties:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from assisting with product selection to completing purchases at the till
• Providing brand bra fitting experiences and offering expert advice on size and style options
• Owning the visual merchandising and product presentation across the store
• Maintaining front and back of house store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures
