Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to deliver customer experiences at Victoria’s Secret in a fast-paced retail environment. Working schedule includes 15.25 hours per week on Monday 12:30 - 18:00, Tuesday 14:15 - 20:45, and Wednesday 10:00 - 14:00.

Duties:

• Delivering an exceptional experience to all customers from product assistance to till checkout
• Providing brand bra fitting advice regarding sizes and suitable styles
• Handling visual merchandising and presentation of products
• Maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety

Requirements:

• Keenness to learn customer service skills and product knowledge
• Ability to build valued relationships with team members and customers
• Flexible and supportive team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment
